Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable and a joy as a tour guide. We really enjoyed our tour with him and learned a lot about Tampa.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. Our tour guide Michele Frasure was awesome! Our expectations were low going in. I mean, Tampa is a large city. We expected to see the major attractions, but wow, we felt like we covered so much territory! She is so passionate and knowledgeable about Tampa. She knows the history, and also knows about all of the expansion going on. She took a multitude of pictures for us at the most beautiful sites. It was our 48th wedding anniversary, and boy, did she capture the memories for us. She is on Facebook by the name of Tampa Michele. The karaoke was one of the really fun parts of the tour as well. You can either choose to do it or not. It is your own private tour. She strives to personalize it to you! Take this tour! You will be so glad you did!

Our tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable about the city and took her time showing us a lot of different places and sites. She explained the history and took us through the various parts of the city. We had an awesome time and would definitely do this again!

After reading recent reviews on here, we nearly did not make the trip to Busch Garends yesterday as planned. The weather was also looking against us but we decided to go for it as it was somewhere we were really looking forward to going to. We are so glad we did!! We arrived around 11am and left at 7pm. Without quick passes we managed to go on all the main rides and all were open, these included Tigris, Montu, Sheikra, Kamba, Iron Gwazi, Cheater Hunt, Cobra Curse x3, Phoenix Rising. We also had dinner, a complementary beer which resulted in an excellent day for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 8.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay never disappoints, but this latest visit was hands-down our favorite yet! The park is beautiful, the animal habitats are top-tier, and the coaster lineup is unbeatable. The highlights of the day were easily Cheetah Hunt and Phoenix Rising. Cheetah Hunt is an absolute classic—those triple launches and smooth, sweeping turns truly feel like you’re sprinting through the safari. Meanwhile, Phoenix Rising was such a fun, unique experience! The swinging, inverted design combined with the on-board audio made it feel like you were flying. It’s smooth, fast, and an incredible addition to the park's lineup. Great food, helpful park staff, and endless fun. If you’re a coaster fan or looking for a great day out with the family, this place is a total must-visit!

The tour was an absolute blast! Jim was very knowledgeable, personable and so much fun!!! Can’t wait to do it again!

This is a perfect way to see a few bar spots in the areas!. You get 30 minutes at each stop! Jim is a really good tour guide check him out

Completely delighted and surprised how much fun we had at Zoo Tampa!! It's been quite a bit since I have been to any zoo, but I wish I would gone sooner!! I went with my daughter and three grandchildren, 2, 4 and 6. Kids absolutely had a blast!! Zoo is clean, well maintained, most of the animals were out and about. The park was decorated for Halloween - great job!! The kids really loved touching the sting rays and feeding them, $6.00 for about 3-4 pieces of fish/shrimp for feed. There is a wind machine, $4.00 that all three little ones got into, were screaming and laughing, so much fun for 4 bucks! Trolls under the bridge were adorable, Wizard of Oz characters were engaging, all the characters were patient with the kids, very polite! I could go on and on... We ate at Macaw's Landing. We ordered the family meal for $38.00, got 4 cheeseburger sliders, 10 nuggets, large fry and large mac n cheese, it was all pretty good, more than enough for the five of us. We can't wait to go back at Christmas! PS... if you are older, rent the scooter for roughly $50 - game changer!! I was able to take it everywhere.I can't praise the staff at Zoo Tampa enough, and I mean everyone from ticket takers, restaurant workers, ride operators, characters, store workers.... they were all very friendly.

What a fantastic way to get to know a new city. We loved this small, personalized tour and Gary was a terrific tour guide. He was so knowledgeable about history and interesting facts about each area. We would definitely bring friends and family new to the area and take this tour again!

My daughter and I enjoyed this tour of Ybor and the downtown Tampa area. Our tour guide was wonderful. Gave us so many details of the area, I learned facts about Henry Plant (cigar factory), I even learned that those roosters who roam around Ybor area are protected by law. Tampa Bay it’s only 12 feet deep. I thought the water was much deeper. He showed us the aquarium, the museums in the downtown area, great restaurants, etc., Ybor itself has so many places of entertainment, eateries, along with such a rich history. And my highlight of the tour was seeing the pirate ship docked in the bay.

Perfect day hardly any wait time for rides, great weather. We got really lucky.

My entire family had an amazing time from the rides, to the shows, and even the food despite not having many vegan options for one member of our party. The best part about our entire trip was the customer service, which was top tier. One of our first interactions with a team member was with Sheena, in one of the snack shops. She was very friendly, informative and patient with us trying to figure out how to use our gift card. We had such a great time we cannot wait to return for the full experience again. Thank you Busch Gardens and thank you Sheena.

Our tour guide was amazing! He took us to several great bars through Tampa that we would have never experience otherwise!

Ive heard a lot of mixed reviews and its 10 years since we last visited and its definately changed and not for tge better. To start entry was reasonably quick, its now a cashless venue, as with all Seaworld Parks, which i personally dont like. A lot of the rides were either not working or broke mid ride, we were given a fast pass, but that has restrictions and doesnt alliw certain rides. I do like the park but its not as good as it was which is disappointing and all eight of us felt not worth a return trip unless things improve

Jim was Great! Very funny and knowledgeable of Tampa for living there fir such a short time. Keep up the good work! Make sure you have cold water for your guess!
