Tampa Adventure Island Tours

Great day at Adventure Island. we went on a weekday and mostly experienced no queue at the tubes and other rides. it was perfect, good sensations even with a 6Yo. some storm alerts due to thunder, park closed rides 3 times in the afternoon but quickly opened once the alert ended.

We LOVED this water park. ALittle smaller than the one in Orlando. This place was clean and fun. The food was very good we rented a cabana by the bbq place. So worth it. We all liked the wave pool too where you can just sit in the beach. We would definitely go back there.

We as a family of seniors and family rented a cabana and bought all day dining package. We loved the place stayed from 10-5

We had a great time at Adventure Island! Don’t listen to the negative reviews—we went on a Saturday and had an absolute blast. The lines were very manageable, which made it easy to enjoy a lot of rides without feeling rushed. We did splurge on a cabana, which was nice, but honestly not necessary if you’re trying to save a little money. The food and drinks were solid and hit the spot for a day in the sun. One tip: skip the preferred or VIP parking if you plan to arrive when the park opens—regular parking worked out just fine for us. Overall, a really fun day and definitely worth the visit!

We came for a school trip. The experience overall was phenomenal. The rides were a hit and the was on point. I have 2 complaints: the first was that the drink machines seem to have been down around the whole park. We purchased the refillable cup and all the sodas seemed to be out except at Mango Joe's. The second is the bathrooms near the entrance with the showers and the one off the lazy river were so hot I was sweating more in there than out in the sun. Other than that we had a great time.

This waterpark was so fun. They have something for everyone. It was so fun for my teenagers and younger kids. Parking was great and easy. We loved it all. Left before the rain.

It was an excellent day the bad thing is that it rained and they took us out but soon I return I hope to enjoy the whole day with my family was wonderful

Family of 3 here with a 6-year-old that is 48" tall and loves the thrills of rides. So, it was a perfect day. We left our phones in the car and put our bag of towels at a chair and went and had a blast. We also got an adult meal ticket for the day. Food was okay (fries were always hot), you have to eat so it's a great deal because obviously the food is going to be way overpriced. We did not need lockers, but they had them, overpriced, but if you are worried about your stuff, it keeps you covered. There were some broken rides, but most everything was open. Staff was friendly. We did not have "water shoes" but I would recommend them just due to all the walking and step climbing. Not a bad idea to be in shape as well as you will be climbing stairs the entire day. Super fun -I thought it was clean and will go back when I forget how bad my feet hurt the next day.

We had a great time on opening weekend. It was not crowded, the rides were fun and the place was clean. Staff was nice. I was so happy after seeing the precious reviews. The skip the line ticket was great.

June at guest services was the very best. She was so helpful and resolved my issue and deserves praise. Thanks June! Made our time at adventure island awesome

Some fun slides! Long waits until a storm blew through and most people left. After that the people who stayed (including us) didn’t have any wait for any slide. However they did close 2 hours early without any warning or reason. Also the “wave pool” is nothing compared to most wave pools.

I am not sure what all these Debbie Downers have to complain about. We had an amazing time and absolutely no complaints. We got the Quick Queue passes and they were totally worth it considering that it was 90+ degrees. The staff was kind and even went above and beyond to show us where things were. Super personable too. We had an Impossible burger with fries at Surfside Cafè. I was pleased to see a meatless options at a WATER PARK! The fries were well-cooked, not oily and I had to stop myself from eating them! The instructions for the rides and pools were clear. They even have water station to refill water bottles. No need to book a Cabana as there are PLENTY of lounge chairs to sit on. We are trying Busch Gardens tomorrow and we're hoping for the same level of FUN! The only suggestion would be to make the park more accessible such as build elevators for people who have a hard time walking but are able to do the rides.

What a lovely water park, we took our Grandson and he thoroughly enjoyed himself along with my husband and I. There is so much to do and so many rides to go on it was absolutely amazing.

Very good place to spend time with the family, highly recommended, the food is very good quality and the place is beautiful, I recommend it 100%
