Really fun zoo! My only complaint is that it seems like a lot of the fun things close at 3 but the zoo is open until 5 or 5:30. Slightly disappointing because had we known earlier in the day we would’ve planned an earlier arrival. As such I didn’t get to feed the birds in the lorikeet house which was disappointing! They also said when we went in that they weren’t doing feedings at that time but all the signs say feedings between 10-3. Other than that this is a fun place with lots of cool animals to see. I think price is very reasonable for everything you see and I am happy to spend money if it goes to the care of the magnificent animals.

We has a wonderful time! So much to do for family of all ages! We got the year pass and will definitely be back

The aquarium was really nice and very clean. Really enjoyed it. We also did the Penquin Encounter that was Great! There were 8 of us in there with the penquins - we learned all about them and their habits and got to touch 2 of them with lots of pictures

Great choices to see a lot for the first time there.

It is definately financially worth getting. I was able to visit Bush Gardens, Tampa Zoo at Lowery, Florida Aqaurium and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. all with the pass.

My partner and I came down to Tampa Bay for the week. And she wanted to try sea fishing (she had never been on a boat before); there were only 2 days that we had a break in the weather to get out. I spoke to Captain Michael on the phone the night before, and he was happy to go out, weather depending. So we turned up early in the morning for our 4-hour trip. We both caught plenty of snook, barracuda, grouper, shark, mangrove snapper, yellowtail, and jack crevalle. Honestly, I can't recommend this company enough for your first boat trip; the fishing is great, and I couldn't ask for a better captain. We will definitely be using this charter and boat for our future trips. If you want a nice relaxed trip catching plenty of fish, then Michael is definitely your man.

Completely delighted and surprised how much fun we had at Zoo Tampa!! It's been quite a bit since I have been to any zoo, but I wish I would gone sooner!! I went with my daughter and three grandchildren, 2, 4 and 6. Kids absolutely had a blast!! Zoo is clean, well maintained, most of the animals were out and about. The park was decorated for Halloween - great job!! The kids really loved touching the sting rays and feeding them, $6.00 for about 3-4 pieces of fish/shrimp for feed. There is a wind machine, $4.00 that all three little ones got into, were screaming and laughing, so much fun for 4 bucks! Trolls under the bridge were adorable, Wizard of Oz characters were engaging, all the characters were patient with the kids, very polite! I could go on and on... We ate at Macaw's Landing. We ordered the family meal for $38.00, got 4 cheeseburger sliders, 10 nuggets, large fry and large mac n cheese, it was all pretty good, more than enough for the five of us. We can't wait to go back at Christmas! PS... if you are older, rent the scooter for roughly $50 - game changer!! I was able to take it everywhere.I can't praise the staff at Zoo Tampa enough, and I mean everyone from ticket takers, restaurant workers, ride operators, characters, store workers.... they were all very friendly.

Our family of four had a great time this afternoon with Captain Chris. The pontoon boat was comfortable, the drinks cold and bass large :) We caught numerous bass, a couple pickerels and even a gar. Capt. Chris was patient and an excellent teacher to those of us who had never been fishing before. Looking forward to our next trip!

Captain Kelly was extremely accommodating to our family. Allowed my two young boys to fish and warned us to bundle up for the cooler weather.

Really liked the automatic feature that gave information about featured points of interest as you came upon them. Very informative. Tutorial instructions helpful.

Outstanding Experience! As a future resident and brand new visitor to Tampa, Florida, it is essential that I learn about the culture, history, and infrastructure of the town. Mission accomplished!!!The Tampa Riverwalk Audio Walking Tour has guided me through so much history and culture, and I still have plenty to learn. Had a great day even though weather was windy. We gathered lots of shells! Captain was very accommodating!

Great Zoo with beautiful landscaping. The animals were very lively especially the otters and giraffes

We went to visit on a hot day in June. We were able to bring in water bottles and there are bubblers (water fountains) conveniently located throughout the zoo. Though it was hot, the zoo has shade and air conditioned exhibits nicely spaced around the park as well as sprayed water for cooling.Nice area for kids to cool off (bring suits!)We got our hands stamped and left for lunch at nearby Mexican food at Don Poncho’s. Highly recommend!You do need to pay for parking but we received discounted entry because of a membership at a reciprocal zoo.Enjoyed seeing many animals I had not heard of before. We’re fortunate to see the koalas eating and climbing as well as a rhino getting fed. The animals seemed happy and were surprisingly active given the heat. Nice animal displays. There were a few rides but we didn’t go on any of them.We spent 4-5 hours here, walking slowly and reading about each animal and enjoying the air conditioning.Will definitely return!

All five attractions can be done in a week, but it takes planning. Saw ALOT of animals/sea creatures. The boat ride was fun and only $16 for all you can drink. You will be doing ALOT of walking. We did get to see our favorite animals and even though it was during Spring Break, everything was not overly crowded.
